Returns
30 Day Return Policy: We offer a 30 day return policy for new factory sealed and unused merchandise. We will exchange or refund the full purchase amount, less shipping, if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Due to health and safety regulations all adult novelties, adult toys and vibrators are not returnable. The only exceptions are manufacturer's defects, in which only exchanges will be given. If you receive the wrong item or if the item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover all shipping charges. If you are returning an item for any other reason shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
