Great deal!
It's a pretty decent ball gag, it's the first one I've ever used. The ball itself is hallow and you can bite down as hard as you want without leaving marks! I have a pretty small mouth and it fits comfortably enough, it feels little bit big, but that's probably the point. The buckle doesn't tighten down as much as I'd like it to though.
