NOT realistic, but gets it done
This wasn't the 'realistic' texture I was hoping for, but normal silicone so it pulls skin more. Not bad, it's just too solid for me to give it 5 stars. I think the 'realistic' part is only the shape.

Greatest
It was great to start off but I’ve had it for about 6 months and the suction cup is starting to rip. I do say that it was one of my favorites and I enjoy it very much but I wish it wasn’t already having wear and tear on it.
